One of Property Meld’s most valued features is its communication capabilities, allowing vendors to stay connected through email and text messaging. This guide explains how to effectively communicate within Property Meld and manage notifications for a smooth workflow.
Important Notes on Communication
While working with a Meld, multiple email and text notifications are sent to different user roles, including managers, residents, and vendors. However, not all notifications allow direct replies via email or text. You can only reply directly when an action is required (e.g., scheduling a time) or in response to a comment on the Meld.
Reply Scenarios
- Direct Reply Not Allowed:
- Some emails or texts do not allow replies, and responding to them won’t update the Meld's chat.
- Direct Reply Allowed:
- If an email or text message allows direct replies, any response will automatically be added to the chat within the Meld.
