Raw data can be exported from your Property Meld account, formatted as CSV (comma-separated value) files. These basic CSV files are suitable for any spreadsheet program.

The following types of Reports are available.

All Melds, Work Logs, Invoices, Expenditures, Detailed Expenditures and Download Invoices and Expenditures allow you to select a custom date range for your data export.
NOTE:
You can also filter each (other than Download Invoices and Expenditures) report by Property Group(s). Leave this field blank to generate a report including all Property Groups.
NOTE:
The new Download Invoices and Expenditures feature allows you to download a ZIP file of all approved invoices and expenditures along with line items created within the date range you choose.
Once you have clicked the DOWNLOAD button, a ZIP file will be downloaded.
NOTE:
The All Owners, All Residents, and All Units will reflect the current totals available at the time of export.
Once your report is generated, check the email inbox associated with your user account for the report.
Open the email and click Download File.
The body of the email will be similar to the following image.
How to Filter, Sort, and Edit your Data
Once the download is finished, open the CSV file with a spreadsheet application.
You can then filter, edit, and sort your data. Below are examples of the All Units Report and All Melds Report.
Example: All Units Report
Example: All Melds Report
HINT: Because each "Meld creation date" and "Meld completion date" is a timestamp, you may elect to format these cells to easily filter and sort the data. See the section below for instructions.
Using "Text to Columns" to Format Date Column
In Microsoft Excel, you can do this by using the "Text to Columns" Delimited function, specifying "T" in the "Other" delimiter option. The effect of this operation is splitting any timestamp column by the "T" and creating two new columns where the date is not formatted as a Date field. Refer to this link Text to Column in Excel for a tutorial on how to use this functionality.
You will need to insert 1 column to the right of any date column to avoid overwriting data in neighboring columns.
Then follow the basic steps depicted in the following screenshots.
