NOTE: This article only applies to Customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Rent Manager.
This article describes how to disable the ability for your tenants to submit maintenance requests through their Rent Manager portal.
Step 1:
Go to your Admin page in your Rent Manager account.
Step 2:
Open System Web Preferences and select Tenant Web Access from the list on the left.
Step 3:
Select Service from the options presented.
Step 4:
Uncheck the box labeled Allow Tenant to Create Service Issues to disable this feature.
