Grade Us is a tool used to push positive reviews to reputation websites while diverting negative reviews for immediate contact. Once the Grade Us integration has been enabled, Meld reviewers will immediately be directed to the corresponding module (positive or negative).
How to Integrate
Step 1:
Click 
. then click Integrations.
2. Click ENABLE in the Grade Us integration box.
3. Enter your Grade Us account name and click SAVE.
Click ENABLE.
How Grade Us Works
Good Rating:
If the tenant rates the work done for the meld with 4 or 5, then Property Meld pushes them to the positive rating form for Grade Us, giving them the opportunity to push the review through multiple sites.
Bad Rating:
If the tenant rates the work done for the meld with 1 to 3, then Property meld pushes them to the Contact Us modal for Grade Us.
