Setting Emergency Contact information is recommended to provide your Tenants with the specific emergency handling protocol or specific information to be shared prior to the Tenant creating a Meld Request. This information can include what constitutes an emergency, emergency contacts, and charge implications for non-emergencies.

Step 1:
Click , then click Account Settings.
Step 2:
Click Emergency Contact.
Enter the Emergency Contact Information to be displayed to the Tenant.
NOTE: Verify the Provide tenants a link to this information box is checked, this will ensure tenants will be able to see the Emergency Contact information.
The following steps are how a tenant will view the Emergency Contact information. If an Emergency Contact information is enabled, tenants will see a message at the top of their screen.
Step 3:
While creating a New Meld, Click If this is an emergency, please click here to view the information.
The Emergency contact information will be displayed in a new window.
