Step 1: Access the Portals Module
- From the New View: Navigate to the Portals section.
- From the Classic View: Click on the Portals Module in the navigation menu.
- From the Classic View: Click on the Portals Module in the navigation menu.
Step 2: Edit the Community Bulletin Message
- Scroll down to the Community Bulletin Message section.
- Place your cursor in the body of the message where you'd like the link to appear.
