The new Recommendations feature in Property Meld’s Scheduler 2.0 release provides intelligent suggestions for assigning jobs to technicians. These recommendations are based on factors such as proximity to the next job, job priority, and resident availability. The feature helps coordinators make faster, data-driven scheduling decisions, reducing manual workload while still allowing them to retain control over final assignments. This enhancement speeds up the scheduling process and ensures that the most efficient and logical choices are made, improving overall workflow and technician productivity.
How to Assign Melds Based on Recommendations
Step 1:
Click Calendar and then click the Dispatch tab.
Step 2:
Choose Technician(s) to recommend melds for assignment.
Step 3:
Cick Recommendations for recommended melds for selected technician(s) for specific time slot. In this example, the 2pm slot was selected.
Step 4:
Locate unassigned meld to recommend for time slot selected and click Schedule at 2:00 pm.
Step 5:
Note that the meld is now scheduled on the calendar.
