The upcoming Google Calendar integration in Property Meld's Scheduler 2.0 will allow users to sync technician schedules with Google Calendar seamlessly. This feature enables you to push scheduled appointments from Property Meld directly into Google Calendar and also pull external events from Google Calendar into the Property Meld system. This ensures that both internal and external calendars stay in sync, preventing scheduling conflicts and providing a unified view of technician availability. Updates to appointments will sync automatically, keeping everyone on the same page in real-time.
How to Add Your Google Calendar Integration
Step 1:
Click your Company Name, and then click Account Settings.
Step 2:
Click Scheduling.
Step 3:
Check box to add maintenance appointments to your Google Calendar, then click Save.
Once you've successfully scheduled a Meld in Property Meld, the scheduled time will automatically sync with your Google Calendar. This integration ensures that the appointment brief description, the address, and the date and time, are seamlessly populated into your calendar, allowing for easy tracking and reminders without the need for manual entry.
