As a property owner, you may be asked to approve vendor-submitted estimates through the Property Meld system. This guide will walk you through how to approve or reject these estimate requests in the Owner Hub.
Steps to Approve or Reject an Estimate Request

Access Estimate Requests:
- Log in to your Property Meld Owner Hub account and navigate to the Approval Requests tab under the Dashboard section. Find the estimate request you want to respond to and click View Estimates.

View the Estimate:
- Click on the estimate title to expand the view. If the property manager has shared line items, they will appear below the Files section in the expanded view.
- Alternatively, you can click the View Estimate button next to the estimate you wish to review.
Tip: Need clarification or have questions? Use the Chat button to communicate directly with your property manager regarding the estimate request.

Make Your Decision:
- A side panel will open displaying the estimate details. From here, you can click Approve or Reject to notify your property manager of your decision.
Important: After clicking Approve or Reject, a confirmation page will appear. Confirm your decision, and your property manager will be notified. Remember, only one estimate can be approved per Meld; all others will be automatically rejected.
