How to Contact Us
The Property Meld Customer Support Team handles both onboarding and ongoing support. Here’s how you can reach out for assistance:
Submit a Support Ticket
You can submit a support ticket through either of these methods:

Email Us Directly
- Send an email to support@propertymeld.com. This will automatically generate a support ticket for you.

Submit a Ticket Within the App
- In the Property Meld application, click the Support widget located in the lower-left corner and then click Create Support Ticket.
Our goal is to respond within one business day, but we often reply even faster.
Use Live Chat
For immediate assistance during business hours, you can use our live chat feature:

Access Live Chat
- In the Property Meld application, click the Support widget located in the lower-left corner.
- Select Talk to Support to initiate a chat with a representative.
Live chat is available Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time. If you contact us outside these hours, a support ticket will be generated, and we’ll respond as soon as possible. You can also type your message, and our Meld Bot will offer instant suggestions based on your inquiry.
Note on Phone Support
Please note that we do not offer phone support. We’ve found that using email, tickets, and live chat allows us to resolve your needs more quickly and accurately.
