- Once your maintenance request is submitted, you can schedule the repair with your Property Manager or Vendor directly through Property Meld. Communicate with Your Property Manager and Vendor

What You Cannot Do in Property Meld

Property Meld Does Not Accept Rent Payments
- Property Meld is focused solely on maintenance coordination. To make rent payments, please contact your Property Manager directly.

Property Meld Does Not Assign Repairs
- While you can submit maintenance requests, the actual coordination and assignment of repairs are handled by your Property Manager based on their internal processes.

Property Meld Does Not Remove Tenants from Accounts
- If you need to be removed from a Property Meld account or stop receiving notifications about repairs, you will need to contact your Property Manager for assistance.
