Residents can easily switch between languages in Property Meld to enhance communication within a Meld. Follow the steps below to change your preferred language and translate chat messages.
Step 1: Select Your Preferred Language When You First Access Your Account
- The first time you access your Property Meld account, you will be prompted to select your preferred language for sending and receiving chat messages.
Step 2: Change Your Language Preference Anytime
- To change your language preference after the initial setup:
- Navigate to Account Settings.
- Click on the gear icon, then select Account Settings.
- Go to the Language section.
- Choose your preferred language from the list.
- Click Save Changes to update your settings.
Step 3: Translate Chat Messages Within a Meld
- When communicating within a Meld:
- Navigate to the chat section of the Meld.
- Below each message, you will see an option to translate the message into your preferred language.
- Click the translate option to view the message in your chosen language.
- To revert the message back to English, simply click the Cancel button.
