Exciting Update for Our AppFolio Integrated Property Managers!
Property Managers with an Admin User Role can now effortlessly view Property Meld export error logs directly within the Property Meld platform. This new feature empowers you to swiftly identify and resolve issues on your own, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced efficiency. Take control and keep your property management running seamlessly!
Where to Find Your Error Log
Step 1:
Click Company Name, and then click Integration Settings.
Step 2:
Click the appfolio card to open.
Step 3:
Click Logs.
In the example below, approved invoices did not sync because the assigned vendor in Meld was not linked to their corresponding entry in AppFolio. To attempt an export of these invoices, follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click Company Name, and then click Link Vendor.
Step 2:
Search for Vendor to establish the link to AppFolio and click Link Vendor.
Step 3:
Once vendor has been linked, click Retry Export.
Step 4:
If the export was successful, click Resolve.
Below is an additional screenshot example of Melds that did not export. In this example, once the insurance information has been updated in AppFolio, you can then Retry Export and Resolve if the export was successful.
