The Resident Presence Required option changes how a meld is scheduled. If selected, the resident will select scheduling windows for the Property Manager or Vendor to match for an appointment. If not selected, the Property Manager or Vendor is free to schedule the maintenance without resident input.
In Account Settings, you can choose whether Resident Presence Required is Always applied, Optionally selected, or Never applied. This setting will affect all future Melds.
Step 1:
Click company name in upper-right corner, and then click Account Settings.
Step 2:
Click Application.
Step 3:
Select the Resident presence required option you wish to apply:
- Always - Forces the option
- Optionally - Allows the option to be selected during the creation of a Meld
- Never - Removes the option
