What is the Meld Coordinator Feature?
The Property Meld Coordinator feature allows property managers the ability to assign Melds to an internal user that will be assuming responsibility for oversight on the Meld. With this feature, you can also filter for Melds assigned to a specific coordinator and create workflows to auto-assign a specific individual as the coordinator.
How to Assign, Change, or Remove a Meld Coordinator
Step 1:
Click Melds and then click to open the meld you would like to assign a Coordinator.
Step 2:
From a Meld, click the Edit icon to assign, change, or remove a Coordinator.
Step 3:
Click the dropdown arrow under Pick your coordinator to select the individual you wish to assign as coordinator and click Edit Coordinator to save.
NOTE: You can only assign one coordinator per Meld. If the user is not part of the property group where this meld's property is held, it will indicate 'Agent not in property group.'.
