Agents/Admins have the option of deactivating a Property or Unit that is no longer/not currently in use. This article will cover how to view and reactivate these inactive items.

NOTE: Restoring a Unit will also restore the associated Property.

Viewing Inactive Properties/Units
Step 1:
Click Properties, then Units.
NOTE: To view your list of inactive Properties, simply click Properties:
Step 2:
Click FILTER and check the 'Is active' box, and then click Select an option and choose No.
Step 3:
Click APPLY FILTERS:
NOTE: Deactivated Properties are identified by (Inactive).
Restoring Inactive Properties/Units
Step 1a:
Click on the desired Unit from your inactive list, then click Activate:
Step 1b:
Alternatively, click on the desired Unit, then click Activate:
Step 2:
Click Yes, reactivate:
