Here are instructions on how any User can reset their password.
Step 1:
From Login page (app.propertymeld.com), click Forgot your password?
Step 2:
Enter the email address that was used to Register.
Click RESET
Step 3:
The User will receive a notification email with instructions on how to reset their password.
NOTE: If you do NOT receive an email to reset, make sure you have done the following:
- Verified you are inputting the correct spelling of your email address.
- Use the Registered email associated with your user account; if the email is not registered with Property Meld, the user will not receive an email.
- Verify the recovery email is not in your spam/junk folder.
- Add noreply@msg.propertymeld.com as a contact.
