What is Actionable Insights?
Actionable Insights provides Property Managers the ability to gain greater insight into the health of their maintenance operations. With Actionable Insights, you will have a better understanding and a clear picture of your company’s performance so you can identify bottlenecks and improve speed of repair, communication, scheduling efficiency, staffing efficiency, and maintenance spend.
NOTE: By default, only Admin and Agent users will have access to Actionable Insights. If you'd like someone to have access that does not already, you can either change their role to Admin using: Change a User's Role or refer to Creating Custom Roles and Setting Permissions for details on how to create a new role.
Step 1:
Click Insights.
Step 2:
Click Overview.
Step 3:
Set filters.
Once your filters are set, you can then gain a better understanding with your maintenance operations as they related to Speed of Repair, Vendor Health Score, Communication, Scheduling Efficiency, Staffing Efficiency, Resident Satisfaction, Maintenance Spend, and more.
