Integration Settings - Buildium*

This article explains the details and configuration capabilities of the Buildium Integration.

NOTE: This article only applies to customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Buildium. 

 

Step 1:

To access Integration Settings, click your Company Name and select Integrations Settings.

 

Step 2:

Click the Buildium card.

 

Information

The Information tab provides messaging indicating the integration is enabled, and also the email address to contact the Support Team.

If you would like to disable your Buildium integration, please contact your Success Manager or reach out to the Support Team at support@propertymeld.com.

 

 

Settings 

The Settings tab determines what information will sync between Property Meld and Buildium. Below are descriptions of each setting.

  • Import new units and properties:
    • When checked, Properties & Units from Buildium will sync to Property Meld Properties and Units every 4 hours (approximate).
  • Import new tenants:  
    • When checked, Tenants from Buildium will sync to Property Meld every 4 hours (approximate).
  • Invite imported tenants:  
    • When checked, Tenants synced from Buildium will automatically receive an invite to Property Meld.
  • Import owners:  
    • When checked, Owners from Buildium will sync to Property Meld Owners every 4 hours (approximate).
    • NOTE:  Owners will not automatically be invited nor will their notifications be enabled upon import.
  • Export vendor invoices:  
    • When checked, any Invoices from Property Meld will sync to Buildium (linked vendor required for invoice export). NOTE: the trigger to export invoice is to 'Approve' the invoice in Property Meld.
  • Invoice attachments:
    • When checked, invoice PDF attachment will sync to Files area in Buildium.
  • Attach invoice files to bills:
    • When checked, invoice files will attach to the bill in Buildium.
  • Export expenditures:
    • When checked, expenditures will sync to Files area in Buildium.
  • Attach expenditure files to bills:
    • When checked, expenditure files will attach to the bill in Buildium.
