Maintenance
  • When residents request an invite, they used to have the ability to type more characters than our system could save. Now, they have a limit to how much text they can enter in the submission fields.
  • On the Meld Payment Screen, if you were to select the status dropdown on a declined invoice, you would see the option to Pay the declined invoice. Declined invoices shouldn't be paid, thus we removed this option on the status dropdown.

  • Property managers will see change in what tags are presented to them in the autosuggest for short (two, three-character) inputs improving the efficiency in which can find the desired tag they are looking for.

  • Owner Approvals have been reformatted to reduce clutter so it is easier for owners to view the information necessary to make their decision.
  • The edit resident form was overlapping another page in our app briefly, this has been resolved.
  • We fixed a visual bug regarding the New Unit Form’s Property Search Bar.
  • The Owner Visibility Help Popover was not being displayed correctly, but now it's fixed.

  • Changes were made to the language used to describe the owner access levels. They were changed from None, Notifications Only, and Hub Access to Direct Only, All Notifications, and Hub Access.
  • The confirmation modal on the integrations page had a couple of visual errors which were fixed.
  • The Help Popover on the Worklogs page under a Meld was hidden, but we fixed it.
  • Miscellaneous Bug Fixes.
  • The dark circle behind the gear icon in the top right of vendor and resident accounts was removed, as it was recently misaligned and did not match the style of other icons. It was already removed in manager accounts.
Owners List MDS Revamp
  • The Owners List in the Property Manager Hub has a new and sleek design and a local search so you can locate owners easily. 
  • In addition to the new design, there is a new filter on the owners' list which allows you to filter by owners who have 1 or more properties associated with their accounts, thus allowing you to invite all your active owners to the Owner Hub easily.
  • Finally, you can now bulk delete owners who aren’t with your company any longer.

  • The Melds List had disappeared briefly within the Resident Details page of the Property Manager Hub, but now it's fixed.

Owners List MDS Revamp
  • When released, the new Properties filter on the Owners List wasn’t working properly, but we got this fixed.
  • In addition, we fixed the bulk delete owners' action as it wasn’t appearing to users.
  • Finally, the old Add Owner button on the Owners List was removed from the Navigation Bar as it is not needed any longer.
Maintenance
  • There were a few items misaligned on the integrations page which have been corrected.
