What's New or Updated - March 2021

• We fixed a minor duplicate data issue occurring through our integrations.
• Miscellaneous Bug Fixes.

• In replacement of the “Do you want to notify owners?” setting on New and Edit Meld Forms, the “Owner Visibility” setting has been added so that a property manager now has the ability to hide individual Melds from an owner within Owner Hub. In addition, this setting turns off an owner’s non-essential notifications like before.

• Miscellaneous Bug Fixes.

• On the invoice payment wizard, the number of invoices shown has been increased to 1000.
• The Recurring Melds' search bar was visually misleading, so we fixed it.

• When property managers would send messages to residents, vendors, or other managers. If an owner within Owner Hub were to view chat messages sent specifically to them. The messages visible to the residents, vendors, and other managers would be deceivingly marked as read. Even though the owner never did see those chat messages. This issue has been resolved.
• Miscellaneous Bug Fixes.

Released: March 26th, 2021

• Within the Owner Hub, when no chat messages were on the Meld, but an unread shared file was, the Meld would not be shown on the Messages Dashboard like it should. This was fixed.
• Within Owner Hub, the chat drawer message counter was displaying an incorrect number of unread chat messages. This has been fixed.
• After submitting a Meld, when a resident selects “Upload pictures”, they will now be directed to the Meld Summary Tab with the Files Selection Dialog Open, rather than just the Meld Summary Tab.
• Miscellaneous Bug Fixes.

• New Meld and Meld Edit Form within the Property Manager’s Hub had a visual bug where a large X was appearing. This has been fixed. 

• Multiselect Components around our property management app had some misalignment bugs. These have been fixed.
