The Account Settings and Notifications section in the Property Meld Owner Hub allows you to update your profile information and manage your notification preferences. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to adjust these settings.
Accessing Account Settings
- Navigate to Account Settings:
- Log in to your Property Meld Owner Hub account. Click the Account Settings option by selecting the icon next to your name.
Updating User Information

User Information Tab:
- Under the User tab, you can view and update your profile details, including your first name, last name, email address, and cell phone number. Your email address is used for notifications you’ve set up to receive, and your cell phone number is used for text notifications.
- Important: Your cell phone number is never shared directly with tenants.

Saving Changes:
- If you make any changes to your name or email address, you will be prompted to enter your current password to save the updates.
Managing Notification Preferences

Notifications Tab:
- Click on the Notifications tab to customize your notification settings. Here, you can:
- Configure which notifications you receive.
- Change your timezone preferences.
- Enable or disable text notifications.
Note: When text notifications are enabled, you will receive a text message when your property manager sends you a chat. No other actions related to Melds will trigger text notifications.
