Property Meld's goal is to deliver a positive customer experience, while intelligently improving efficiency and oversight. Owners are able to have accounts in Property Meld with the Property Meld Owner Hub. The Owner Hub is a portal for owners to view and manage Melds for their properties. It is up to the property manager if an owner will be invited to the Owner Hub. In the Owner Hub, owners are able to manage approval requests, chat on Melds, change notification preferences, update their account information, and view a history of all Melds on their properties.
Owner Hub Dashboard
The Owner Hub Dashboard provides easy access to the Approval Request Dashboard and the Messages Dashboard. Each page of the dashboard allows you to navigate to the Meld Details page by clicking on the title of the Meld on the Approval Requests page. See Meld Details Page - Owner Hub for more information. Approval Requests Dashboard
The Approval Requests Dashboard displays all approval requests that have not been responded to. For instructions on how to respond to approval requests, see Approving or Rejecting Work Requests in Owner Hub - Owner.
The Messages Dashboard displays incoming message notifications from property managers and other owners. Message notifications stay on the dashboard until they are cleared by the owner, refer to Clearing Chat Notifications from the Messages Dashboard for instructions.
The Meld History page displays Melds for properties assigned to the owner. From the Meld History page, owners are able to navigate to the Meld Details page and start chats.
NOTE: Clicking the title of any Meld on this page will take you to the Meld Details page.
The Meld Details page displays important information about the Meld, refer to Meld Details Page - Owner Hub for a complete list of the displayed information. This page will display a View Request button if the Meld has an active approval request, refer to Approving or Rejecting Work Requests in Owner Hub - Owner for more information. Chats can also be started from the Meld Details page, refer to Communicating on a Meld in Owner Hub - Owner for instructions.
The Account Settings page provides easy access to update user information and customize owner notifications.
On the User tab, owners are able to view and update all user-specific information, refer to Account Settings and Notifications in Owner Hub - Owner for instructions.
The Notifications page allows owners to customize the notifications for various actions on Melds, notification delivery methods, and timezone preferences. For more information on notification settings refer to Account Settings and Notifications in Owner Hub - Owner.
