- On the chat messages page, the wording which describes who the message was sent to has been improved so that a property manager reads one of the following on every chat message: “VISIBLE TO: MANAGERS, VENDORS, TENANTS”, “VISIBLE TO: MANAGERS, TENANTS”, “VISIBLE TO: MANAGERS, VENDORS”, “VISIBLE TO: MANAGERS”, or “VISIBLE TO: MANAGERS, OWNERS”.

- Owner Hub is now open to all our customers.
- Owners within the Owner Hub now only show Melds that were assigned to them after they were invited to Owner Hub. Melds that occurred at their properties prior to them being the property owner won't show up in their Owner Hub.

Within the Help Center, they will see a list of support articles that can help them understand how they can use the Owner Hub and find any information they are looking for.
