The data synced from Rent Manager to Property Meld is information on properties, residents, vendors, users, and owners. This sync happens every 4 hours so it may not happen right away.

** If a Unit/Property is deleted in Rent Manager no action is taken inside Meld. All deactivation is a manual process and is not part of the integration.

Property Meld to Rent Manager (PM → RM)
The data synced from Property Meld to Rent Manager includes information on melds, files uploaded, expenditures, and invoices. Most of these should update in Rent Manager instantly.

Melds will appear in Rent Manager in the Service Issue tab. The Meld status and Meld category is customizable for what comes over to Rent Manager. Below is the interface for setting how they come over to Rent Manager.
If you are an existing customer of Property Meld before Integrating. Completed Melds will not export over to rent manager, but all open and future Melds will.
