A Meld can be scheduled as a Property Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and Internal Maintenance Technician including the following scenarios. Each of these scenarios is accompanied by step-by-step instructions for scheduling the Meld.
- Schedule a Meld when Tenant presence is not required

Schedule a Meld when Tenant presence is not required
Step 1:
Schedule by opening the specific Meld.
Step 2:
Click and click Schedule.
Step 3:
Choose the Appointment window and click on the calendar to assign that appointment window.
Click SAVE and the appointment will be scheduled. The Tenant will not have the option to select a different schedule unless this process is followed.
NOTE: There is no option to choose more than one appointment window.
Schedule a Meld when Tenant presence is required
Step 1:
Click SCHEDULE on the specific Meld.
Step 2:
To manage the assigned technician's availability, click Add Availability.
NOTE: Click on the calendar to assign one or more dates and times.
Step 3:
Under Availabilities, use the icon to the right to add and remove the availability.
Click SAVE.
NOTE: The Tenant will be notified via email and/or text notification that the Meld has been scheduled. Refer to this article referencing what a Tenant experiences.
Step 4:
Refer to the highlighted section where the Meld status is set to IN PROGRESS.
Schedule a Meld using Tenant requested appointment windows
Step 1:
Click SCHEDULE on the specific Meld.
Step 2:
Under Requested Appointment is the Tenant requested appointment windows.
Select an appointment and click Book.
Step 3:
To confirm the appointment time, click BOOK.
NOTE: The Tenant will be notified via email and/or text notification that the Meld has been scheduled. Refer to this article referencing what a Tenant experiences.
Step 4:
Refer to the highlighted section where the Meld status is set to IN PROGRESS.
