During the Onboarding process, you will be required to submit files with your Unit, Property, Tenant, and Owner information. Following the instructions below is critical to ensure your data is imported correctly and seamlessly into your Property Meld Account.
Overview of Steps

Follow the instructions listed here to obtain 3 reports:

Units and Properties (Filename: Units)

Tenants (Filename: Tenants-Current)

Owners (Filename: Buildings)

- Upload and send the Excel files to your Customer Success Manager via email.
Units and Properties Report
NOTE: If you would like to segment your properties in Property Meld (utilize Property Groups), add a Property Group column to your exported Units and Properties file and indicate which Property Group each property should belong to. Refer questions to your Onboarding Lead.
Step 1:
- Navigate to Reports.
- Expand the Property Reports folder
- Select Units
- Select View Report
Step 2:
Select the following columns under the UNIT SUMMARY folder:

Step 3:
Select Export >> MS Excel.
Tenants Report
Step 1:
- Navigate to Reports
- Expand the Lease Reports folder
- Select Tenants-Current
- Select View Report
Step 2:
Select the following columns under the CONTACT SUMMARY folder:
