As a Vendor, an email and/or text (if opted-in) notification after the scheduled date and time of the Meld to complete or finish the Meld. This article provides step-by-step instructions for finishing the Meld providing notification to the Property Manager.
Step 1a:
Click Melds and click FINISH MELD on the specific Meld.
Step 1b:
To review the Meld first, click the specific Meld.
Step 1c:
Click and click Finish Meld.
Step 2a:
Specify when the work was completed and click SAVE.
NOTE:
- Completion notes shown below are optional.
- The Tenant will not see completion notes.
- Completion notes cannot be edited after submitted.
Step 2b:
After clicking SAVE, a prompt is displayed requesting whether to Create Invoice while finishing the Meld.
Clicking CREATE INVOICE will display the Invoice to be generated.
Step 3:
After Meld is completed and finished, click Inactive to view all completed Melds.

NOTE: Once the Meld is finished or closed, it cannot be reopened. However, the ability to Chat (suggested only with Property Manager) and Upload Files is still supported.
