If a user has an email address associated to a Property Meld account and they are trying to register again, they will receive an error. If this happens, the user can follow these steps to login to their account.
Note:
This can occur if someone is using the same email address for two different account roles, such as a manager with an Agent account who also needs a Tenant account.
Step 1:
Click Login towards the bottom of the page.
Step 2:
Enter your Email, Password, and click Login.
