Property Managers can use Property Meld quickly and easily to locate a Tenants contact information:
Step 1.
Go to your Property Meld account and click Melds.
Step 2.
Open the Meld and click on Contacts.
Note: The chat tool can also be used to contact a Tenant. For more information about using chat, please review this article.
Step 3.
A list of Tenant(s) will populate.
Vendors can also use Property Meld quickly and easily to locate a Tenants contact information:
Step 1.
Click Accept the meld request.
Step 2.
After viewing the calendar, open the meld and click on Contacts or View Contact Details.
Step 3.
A list of Tenant(s) will populate.
