The notification page allows you to select which events will generate an email or text message notification. Here, you can also change your cell phone text notification, daily summary, and time zone preferences.
NOTE: Effective 8/28/19, notification preferences have been updated to offer a more customizable notification experience (i.e. the 'Successful Melds' notification that previously included Completed, Vendor Did Not Complete, and Canceled is now 3 separate notifications).
Step 1:
Click your Company name , then click Account Settings.
Step 2:
Click Notifications.
Step 3a:
If you have not yet added a cell phone number to your User profile and wish to receive text notifications, click the User tab in Account Settings and enter your cell phone number.
Step 3b:
If you have already added a cell phone number and wish to receive text notifications, select the box next to "Receive text notifications."
Step 4:
Click on the Select your timezone for email notifications drop down and select your timezone.
NOTE: The time of scheduled Meld windows will reflect your selection in this field.
Step 5:
Select the boxes of the email/text notifications that you'd like to receive.
NOTE: Click "Select all email" or "Select all text" to turn all email or text notifications on. Deselect the option to turn all notifications off.
Step 6:
Click SAVE.
