NOTE: This article only applies to Customers with an active integration between Property Meld and Rent Manager.
Property Meld Units need to be manually deactivated in Property Meld when no longer "linked" or synchronized with a Rent Manager Unit. The following steps take you through the process of viewing and deactivating these units in Property Meld.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- When the Property Meld Unit is deactivated with this process, any Pending Melds will be marked as "Manager Canceled".
- After initial Rent Manager synchronization and configuration in Property Meld, deactivating a Property or Unit from Rent Manager will break the "link" or synchronization with Property Meld. The "link" cannot be simply re-established by adding a Property or Unit with the same address to Rent Manager. A brand new Property or Unit will be added to Property Meld with the same address.
- Units/Properties are not automatically deactivated in Property Meld when they are deleted/deactivated in Rent Manager.
- Deactivating Units/Properties in Property Meld will not deactivate them in Rent Manager.
