Property Meld allows the email notifications sent to owners to be customized using templates. For instruction on how to enable or disable owner notifications, refer to Changing Owner Notification Access Levels.
The following provides a list of email notification templates that can be customized.

Owner Notifications Only Welcome Email - Sent when owner notification status is set to Notifications Only.

Owner Hub Invite Email - Sent when owner notification status is set to Owner Hub Access.

Owner New Meld Email - Sent when work has been requested and assigned at an owner's property.

Owner Meld Scheduled Email - Sent when work has been scheduled at an owner's property.

Owner Meld Completed Email - Sent when work has been completed at an owner's property.

Owner Approval Message - Sent when approval is requested on a cost (or expenditure) associated with a repair or replacement at one of their properties.
Step 1:
Click company name, then click Account Settings.
Step 2:
Click the Application tab.
NOTE: The following variables are available to be used in the various templates. Refer to the section under the template header to understand which variables can be used on the given email template.

Step 3:
Refer to the individual email notification templates listed. Update the text with the standard rich-text toolbar options including inserting images or hyperlinks.
When using a variable, be sure to match the exact format of the variable. For example, {{owner_first_name}} to use the owner's first name in the template.
Click SAVE to save the changes made to the template.
Click RESET CHANGES to revert back to the most recent saved version.
NOTE: Revert to default notification replaces any existing text with the system default, then click SAVE.
Step 4:
Click Preview to preview your changes to ensure the variables work correctly.
Step 5:
The system will use demo data for the variables in the Preview dialog that is displayed.
