Here's what we'll cover:
Assign and Schedule a Meld
Step 1:
Click Melds and click Calendar.
Step 2:
Click on the Meld you wish to Assign and Schedule.
NOTE: By default, all unassigned Melds will be listed first.
Step 3:
Click Assign (highlighted in the background of the screenshot below).
Choose a maintenance technician and click ASSIGN.
Step 4:
Click Schedule to display the Appointment window.
Step 5:
Choose appointment window size from the list, e.g. 1 Hour, 2 Hours. Hover over the maintenance technician column and click the time slot. Click SAVE.
Step 6:
The selected Appointment time and date will be shown under Appointment.
Schedule a Previously Assigned Meld
Step 1:
Click Melds then FILTER.
Step 2:
Check 'Meld Status' and 'Pending management availability', then click APPLY FILTERS
Step 3:
Click SCHEDULE on the desired Meld.
Rescheduling Melds
Step 1:
Click Melds and click Calendar.
Step 2:
Select the Scheduled option and choose the Meld to be rescheduled.
Step 3:
Click Reschedule.
Step 4:
Select new time and/or date from Calendar. Click SAVE.
NOTE: The Tenant will receive a notification of the new scheduled date and/or time.
