To enable the import of HOAs, please reach out to the Support Team at support@propertymeld.com.</li></ul>\n</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"edc312e5cab5a2370be99068996c60f27\">\n<strong>Overwrite unit maintenance notes with AppFolio's unit-specific notes:</strong><br>When checked, the Maintenance Notes field from AppFolio will sync to Property Meld Property Maintenance Notes every 2 hours (approximately).</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e9a9ca583cf84df5d1ede2e67d111aed3\">\n<strong>Import new residents:</strong><br>When checked, Residents/Homeowners from AppFolio will sync to Property Meld Residents every 2 hours (approximately).</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"ec17734b1e3c1f624e87ccb1718d4d04a\">\n<strong>Invite imported residents:</strong><br>When checked, Residents/Homeowners synced from AppFolio will automatically receive an invite to Property Meld.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"ed08ac3bb706d39ad2240d595191050ee\">\n<strong>Import owners:</strong><br>When checked, Owners from AppFolio will sync to Property Meld Owners every 2 hours (approximately).<br><strong>NOTE:</strong> Owners will not automatically be invited, nor will their notifications be enabled upon import. In addition, if there are multiple emails for a \"single\" owner in AppFolio, only the first email listed imports to that owner.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e8c41a783b1af7641473cc942469c017a\">\n<strong>Prohibit assignment to vendors with an expired compliance in AppFolio:</strong><br>When checked, you will be unable to assign tasks to any vendors with expired insurance in AppFolio (e.g., Workers' Compensation, Liability, etc.).</li>\n</ul><h3 id=\"h_01J806509QR6GFWEF1BVXE794D\">Export Settings</h3><ul>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e9e04fab949833e2535273b21d442bf7a\">\n<strong>Export melds:</strong><br>When checked, Meld information from Property Meld will automatically sync to AppFolio Work Orders. <strong>NOTE:</strong> Estimate melds do not sync to AppFolio.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"ebe238f15ee4e12e326817db4218ee219\">\n<strong>Export invoices as Bills:</strong><br>When checked, any invoices from Property Meld will sync to AppFolio Payee (a linked vendor is required for invoice export), and a bill will be created in AppFolio.<br><strong>NOTE:</strong> The trigger to export the invoice is to 'Approve' the invoice in Property Meld.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e77dac2c37a675435d6901febc2863757\">\n<strong>Export invoice attachments to Bill:</strong><br>When checked, invoice PDF attachments will sync to AppFolio and attach to the bill.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e1f28a98e732900ede21a570f0cf1c606\">\n<strong>Export invoices as Billable Items:</strong><br>When checked, Billable Items will sync to the work order in AppFolio.<br><strong>NOTE:</strong> The integration WILL NOT create the bill; the customer will need to turn the Billable Items into a bill themselves. This setting is recommended for any markups/discounts, as the markup/discount will be applied to bill as soon as it's created, provided the markup/discount has been entered for the vendor in AppFolio.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e7d2b6fc7759ad55d55ed0d49741fd8b6\">\n<strong>Export invoice attachments to Work Order:</strong><br>When checked, invoice PDF attachments will sync to AppFolio Files on the work order.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e42a23b47d8ff7a7dbc5ef6c951ad6c19\">\n<strong>Export Meld Bills as Bills:</strong><br>When \"Export Bills\" is checked:<ul>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e4950fed7ef00bdb8562e56db258f1ef5\">Once approved, Expenditures will sync to AppFolio Bills on the work order.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e8191cec72e1a494848e3cb0e2f6b282a\">Bill PDF attachments will sync to AppFolio Files on the work order.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"eeaa203e13af329c0fbaa2602aea847fe\">\n<strong>Export Meld Bills as Billable Items:</strong><br>When \"Export Bills as Billable Items\" is checked:<ul>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e6a81cb92c98433dfbd0f91167754aecd\">Once approved, Bills will sync to AppFolio Bills on the work order.</li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e16300465eb91f4646a005b837ac46007\">Bill PDF attachments will sync to AppFolio Files on the work order.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul><p><strong>IMPORTANT: </strong>Expenditures only export to AppFolio the first time they're approved. Subsequent edits and status changes (even re-approving) don't affect the work order in AppFolio.</p><figure class=\"wysiwyg-image\"><img style=\"aspect-ratio: 971/1050;\" src=\"https://help.propertymeld.com/hc/article_attachments/50243926795155\" width=\"971\" height=\"1050\"></figure><p> </p><h2 id=\"UnderstandingIntegrationSettings-Propertyware-Sync\"><strong>Sync</strong></h2><p>Property Meld will automatically sync Properties, Units, Residents, and Owners from AppFolio every 2 hours.</p><p><strong>NOTE:</strong> Vendors will need to be manually selected and synced.  </p><p><img src=\"https://help.propertymeld.com/hc/article_attachments/45793935681171\"></p><p> </p><h2 id=\"UnderstandingIntegrationSettings-Propertyware-SelectiveSync\"><strong>Selective Sync</strong></h2><p>When you click on<strong> SELECT VENDORS</strong>, you will be able to view those vendors that have not synced and make corrections in AppFolio as needed.</p><p><strong>NOTE:</strong>  Only vendors that are not already successfully Linked or Imported into Property Meld will appear here.</p><p><img src=\"https://help.propertymeld.com/hc/article_attachments/45793905009171\"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
